Adrienne has been a cornerstone of our Professional Services organization, most recently serving as a Senior Process Engineer, where she helped build the most robust data driven professional services division in the Infusion and Specialty pharmacy industry.
She brings 25+ years of experience in specialty and home infusion pharmacy, with a career that spans front-line pharmacy operations, technology-enabled workflows, and data-driven process improvement.
In her new role as Director of Professional Services, Adrienne will:
Lead our professional services division as they continue to provide the best data and consulting solutions in our industry.
Own the standards, playbooks, and best practices that ensure our projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable impact.
Partner closely with our clients’ clinical, operational, IT, and finance leaders to turn fragmented data into clear, trusted insights that drive action.
