Brandon Carpenter
founder & CEO

Brandon Carpenter, MBA is the Founder and CEO of MedEdge Solutions. Before launching MedEdge, Brandon built his reputation as the most knowledgeable data expert in infusion and specialty pharmacy while leading all data services at Rock-Pond Solutions as Vice President. Widely regarded as the go-to authority for data services in the industry, Brandon’s ability to pinpoint technological gaps and deliver streamlined solutions has positioned him as a trusted leader in healthcare operations. His expertise has propelled MedEdge to the forefront of innovation in the infusion and specialty pharmacy space. 


Outside of work, Brandon lives just outside Indianapolis with his wife, Anna, and their son, Grayson. When he’s not developing transformative solutions for the healthcare industry, he’s enjoying family time and the simple joys of life beyond the office.

Jon Love
President & Chief Growth Officer

Jon Love serves as President and Chief Growth Officer, bringing decades of leadership in the infusion and specialty pharmacy space. Known for his entrepreneurial spirit, Jon's success stems from the diversity of his roles, which range from leading sales at WellSky to serving as Chief Operating Officer at Rock-Pond Solutions. Most recently, he held the position of Senior Vice President of Pharmacy Services at Prochant. 


Jon lives in Northwest Arkansas with his wife, Ashley, and their two sons, Anderson and Griffin, where he continues to inspire growth and innovation in the industry.

That moment happened in 2008, and it changed Brandon Carpenter's life — and ultimately led to the founding of MedEdge eleven years later.

2008 - The moment that changed everything...

In the summer of 2008, amid the economic turmoil of the Great Recession, Brandon Carpenter was like many young professionals — just hoping for a shot. Armed with a passion for technology but little experience, he landed a role at a small company called Rock-Pond Solutions. At the time, it was just a job — an opportunity to prove himself by learning databases, writing reports, and trying to make sense of the intricate world of healthcare data.

Then came the moment that changed everything.

One afternoon, a client submitted what seemed like a routine request: "We need a report that shows us active census for these zip codes." Brandon got to work, crunched the data, and proudly sent over the results. The response was swift and sharp: "What is this? This isn't what we needed. We'll just do it ourselves." And just like that, the call ended.

Stunned and frustrated, Brandon turned to his supervisor, Pete, for guidance. Rather than letting it go, Pete did something powerful — he picked up the phone, called the client, and asked a simple question: "Why do you need this information?"

The moment everything changed

Hurricane Ike was heading toward Florida. And a pharmacy needed to find its patients.

The zip codes in question were under mandatory evacuation orders. The pharmacy needed to identify patients in the affected areas so they could coordinate care, deliver medications, and ensure continuity of treatment. Lives were potentially at stake.

      The client paused, then replied with quiet urgency: "That would be incredible."

      Brandon and the team got to work. Within the hour, they delivered an enhanced report with everything the client needed.

        The pharmacy called back.

                       "You helped us care for patients — and probably saved lives."

        The Realization

        "That was the moment Brandon's perspective changed forever. He realized he wasn't just writing SQL queries — he was part of the healthcare ecosystem. His work had real-world impact. It wasn't about technology for technology's sake — it was about people."

        From that day forward, Brandon made it his mission to help pharmacies do more, do better, and focus on what matters most: the patient. He spent the next eleven years building that expertise at Rock-Pond Solutions — working with more than 250 pharmacies nationwide, solving problems ranging from system integrations and financial reporting to 340B management, limited drug distribution, and software development.

        In 2019, that mission became MedEdge.
