Adrienne has been a cornerstone of our Professional Services organization, most recently serving as a Senior Process Engineer, where she helped build the most robust data driven professional services division in the Infusion and Specialty pharmacy industry.
She brings 25+ years of experience in specialty and home infusion pharmacy, with a career that spans front-line pharmacy operations, technology-enabled workflows, and data-driven process improvement.
In her new role as Director of Professional Services, Adrienne will:

Own the standards, playbooks, and best practices that ensure our projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable impact.
